Delivery & Returns

We take the same care with the packaging and delivery of your jewellery as we do with making it.

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible and used recycled or recyclable packaging where we can such as jiffy green bags when sending out your jewellery so there are no nasty plastics!. Our boxes are sourced in the UK and are made with 40% recycled boxboard. We have selected a matt finish to our boxes so that they are fully recyclable when you no longer want them.

Once we receive your order we aim to deliver your chosen print kit within 5 working days. We ask that you return your prints within 21 days of placing your order to ensure we can manage our work flow. However, we realise that this isn’t always possible. Failure to return prints within 12 weeks from ordering may result in your order being cancelled and without refund. Please get in touch if you have any problems with returning the prints

We aim to dispatch your finished jewellery within 18 working days after receiving a usable print. Your jewellery will be sent out by royal mail tracked and delivery is free within the UK. This includes the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

All other delivery’s within Europe including the republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are charged at £12. This includes the delivery of your chosen print kit and your finished item. These will be sent by royal mail international tracked. Estimated delivery time is within 25 days of receiving a usable print.

Delivery to Australia, New Zealand, America and Canada is charged at £20. This includes the delivery of your chosen print kit and your finished item. These will be sent by royal mail international tracked. Estimated delivery time is within 35 days of receiving a useable print.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country and oversea orders may be subject to import duties for which you will be responsible for.

Urgent print kits.
If you need a print kit urgently, please choose the express delivery option at the checkout. Your print kit will be sent out as soon as possible by royal mail first class signed for and should be with you within 2 working days of your order being placed.

Peak time ordering.
At certain times of the year we are exceptionally busy such as Christmas or Mother’s Day. We will always state clearly on our website when the last guaranteed dates for delivery are. We cannot accept responsibility for orders after this date or prints that are not returned in the stated timeframe.

Returns.

Cancellation or amendments to orders
Your order may be cancelled before the printing kit is sent out without charge and any payment will be refunded to you.

If the printing kit has been sent, then the order may be cancelled but you will be charged £5 for the cost of the printing kit. If you ever want to order using the kit at a later date, then just let us know and we can deduct this cost from your chosen piece of jewellery.

Once work has started on your order, we are unable to cancel your order or refund any payment.

We know that you will be happy with your bespoke jewellery but please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any problem info@clockflowerkeepsakes.co.uk.

As your product is personalised and unique to you, we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these items.
The exception to this would be if your item has been made incorrectly by us, we have made a mistake on your item or if the item is faulty in any way.

If there is a problem with the order such as incorrect spelling but the item is made exactly to the order specifications, then we will not be responsible for this so please make sure that you check all information carefully on your order and your order confirmation.

Please let us know within 5 days by email if you are unhappy in anyway and we will work hard to come to a solution with you.

If an item does have to be returned, we recommend that they are sent by recorded delivery as they are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive to us.
